How Snap Send Report Works
Step-by-Step
Step One: Set Up
1. Download the system to your phone or computer and set up your account.
Step Two: Select Departments
2. In the drop-down select the Police or Sheriff’s Office nearest to your town or place of travel.
Step Three: Witness a Crime
3. When you see a crime, you can take a video, picture or voice recording of the crime or a friend can send you the pictures and you can save them to submit at a later date.
Step Four: Sending a tip
4. Open the Snap Send Report app on your phone or access your Snap Send Report membership on your computer. Select the department where you want your tip information sent. Send the tip information in the provided text box. Attach pictures, videos, or voice clips and click send. The department you selected will see your tip. Additional information can be added later.
